Marine Royal Artillery Battledress

Originally badged BD jacket, early 40 Austerity pattern with double interior pockets, clear maker label, size 16 dated 1942 and WD stamp with O. Red backed pips for Lieutenant to epaulettes, to each sleeve RA arm of service strips and silk woven formation signs for Maritime RA. These units served on Defence Equipped Merchant Ships. Overall good condition, displays well on a bust but unfortunately has numerous small moth holes
