WW2 German Pioneer Wire Cutters in Pouch, 1940

Black leather pouch with belt loops and buckle closure flap containing steel wire cutters with composite bakelite handles. Clear Wa stamp with eagle and maker mark, dated 1940. No visible marks on the exterior of the case but looks like something inside the flap but it’s too feint to make out
