Black WW2 type bag painted with the soldiers name and number, T169390 R.T. Leatherland, also has the unit ID number 22399 with colour code bars on the other side. Contents include 37 pattern belt, two brushes, empty gas ointment tin, bakelite button stick, Corporal’s armband, Durex condom(deteriorated) and some paperwork, exercise book(blank), driving licence, driver’s standing orders, and a small calendar showing that owner landed in Normandy in August 1944.
