Royal Marine Officer’s Blue Beret

Mid war beret by Supak Manufacturing, with red tombstone behind the two part badge and large half moon reinforcing inside, unfortunately the date stamp in unclear. Named to Capt. W.E. Petley. Research shows he was part of MNBDO in 1940 and later in the war was an Assistant Instructor of Small Arms.
