Modified Holster for 14 Pattern Equipment, attributed

Officers pistol holster modified by the addition of straps from an ammunition pouch to make it compatible with 14 pattern equipment. Named inside the flap to ADH Simpson, Royal Naval Division and attributed to Sub.Lt. A.D.H. Simpson, Nelson Battaion, RND. Wounded in France 23/04/1917. Very good used condition, holster is dated 1914, added strap has a feint maker marks and dated 1915. I have some research available which I can email to you.
